Are there membership fees?

Yes. You have a choice between a Classic or VIP membership. The difference between these two is the type of services you'll receive monthly. The Classic membership is our most cost-effective option.

How do I apply for a membership?

Simple. Choose between the Classic and VIP membership. Complete our application. Once accepted, you'll be an official member.

When and how do I pay my membership dues?

You will not be charged for a service at the time of booking an appointment. We require a card on file in our secure encrypted system per our cancellation policy. We understand life happens and it can sometimes be tricky to plan your schedule in advance.

We automatically charge your credit card monthly.

Is there an annual contract?

No. Only month-to-month.

What if I don't use my services in a given month?

We roll them over. You paid for these services; they're yours to use.

Can I share my services with friends?

You bet. Upon your request, we will transfer the service to another guest profile. We can even make this transfer to a gift card.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

Easy. Please stop by the location where you signed up for a membership and let the staff know you'd like to cancel. We'll handle the rest.

What's the catch?

None. No hidden fees. No initiation fees. No long-term contracts. No gotchas.

What happens when a store reaches its membership capacity?

All new applicants will go on a waiting list for the at-capacity location. If/when a member from this location cancels, the wait-listed applicants will have an opportunity to join.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes. At any time. Please make this change at the location where you signed up.

Can I downgrade my membership?

Yes. At any time. Please make this change at the location where you signed up.
